Our Amazing Library!

A bumper collection of new fiction books welcomed the pupils back to school in September. Before the lockdown the pupils were asked to suggest new titles for purchase during Pupil Voice. The pupils were treated to the latest titles from their old favourites like Diary of a Wimpy Kid and new debut authors like Humza Arshad. A new reservation service was put in place to give everyone a chance to reserve poplar titles and had pupils even more eager to visit the library.

The Librarian Ambassadors have been busy this term and super-helpful in assisting the librarian. During their lunchtime duty pupils undertake a variety of jobs like discharging and repairing books, processing another new order of 500 books and making displays. They are a delight to work with and a real asset to the school.
