SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT PRIORITIES FOR THIS YEAR

To enable us to continue to maintain and build on current successes we have identified the following as our current priorities, as detailed in the School Development Plan.

SDP Priority 1	Further develop curriculum planning in design technology so that pupils can build their knowledge and vocabulary systematically.
SDP Priority 2	Ensure that the graduated approach is fully understood and implemented by all staff to address the needs of all pupils with SEND.
SDP Priority 3	Continue to work with families to eradicate regular absence and improve overall attendance.
SDP Priority 4	Increase the proportions of pupils achieving greater depth at the end of Key Stage 2 in Reading, Writing and Maths.
