SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT PRIORITIES FOR THIS YEAR

To enable us to continue to maintain and build on current successes we have identified the following as our current priorities, as detailed in the School Development Plan. 

 

SDP Priority 1	Embed a clear commitment to equality and inclusion through the graduated approach and Inclusion Hub, ensuring that pupils with SEND receive consistently high-quality assessment, adaptive teaching and targeted support.
SDP Priority 2	Strengthen partnerships with families and external agencies to further reduce persistent and regular absence, ensuring that all pupils attend regularly and benefit fully from their education.
SDP Priority 3	Sustain and deepen the implementation of Voice 21 across the curriculum to achieve Oracy School of Excellence status, ensuring that all pupils develop the vocabulary, confidence and communication skills to learn, participate and succeed.
