Education Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
Some children and young people with more complex needs may require an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP). An EHCP brings together education, health and social care professionals to identify a child’s needs, outcomes and support provision.
We work closely with families and external professionals throughout the EHCP process to ensure that pupils receive the support they need to thrive and succeed.
