Our Process of Graduated Approach document explains how we identify, assess and support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Using the Assess, Plan, Do, Review cycle, we work closely with pupils, families and professionals to understand individual needs, put appropriate support in place, monitor progress and review provision regularly.
